George Hatzipanagos

George Hatzipanagos was born in Athens, Greece, in 1954.

 

He started working in H.C.A.A. in 1985 as an electronic engineer. From the middle of the '90s, he began to work in his free time and as a hobby on www.greekaiports.gr, gathering and presenting information about the airports around Greece. 

 

His passion was his work, and he was obsessed with presenting to everyone in the world the importance of the back-end heroes of the airports. 

​

George passed away in 2021, thinking about the airports, even in the hospital. 

 

Today greek airports are back online and dedicated in memory of George Hatzipanagos; he had that vision.
